Video: R.J. Jackson (RB)
R.J. Jackson is an exciting running back prospect from Houston (Texas) Westside High School. Jackson, now 5-11 and 197 pounds, is one of the top running back prospects from the Big 12 region. Jackson is impressive on film, showing excellent speed and quickness. He can score from anywhere on the field. Jackson has super vision, balance and feet. In the open field, he is very tough to bring down. Jackson also shows good hands out of the backfield. Defensively, he plays cornerback and he displays good coverage skills and he supports the run well. "Right now he is my No. 1 back in Texas because he can do everything you ask in a running back," said Stacey Dean, TheInsiders.com/Big 12 recruiting analyst. "R.J. has good speed, can make you miss, can catch out of the backfield and is effective in blitz pickup." Below are two video highlight packages of Jackson. Video 1 - #8 R.J.
